What this means is that rather than paying large, upfront costs for your hardware, you can rent it over 1, 3, or 5 year terms. At the end of that term, if you wish to continue, then you get everything replaced with brand new hardware. Historically hardware prices keep going down, so the chance are, your payments will drop too.
